مناطق الشحن

نقوم حالياً بالشحن داخل دولة قطر فقط، وقد يختلف توفر خدمة التوصيل حسب المنطقة وشركة الشحن.

وقت معالجة الطلبات

يتم تجهيز الطلبات عادة خلال 1–2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع. قد تستغرق الطلبات المقدمة خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية وقتاً إضافياً للمعالجة.

مدة التوصيل

مدة التوصيل المتوقعة تتراوح بين 2–5 أيام عمل حسب المنطقة وتوفر المنتجات.

قيود الشحن

• نقوم حالياً بالشحن داخل دولة قطر فقط.

• لا يتوفر التوصيل إلى عناوين صناديق البريد.

• قد تستغرق المناطق البعيدة وقتاً إضافياً للتوصيل.

• لا يتم الشحن خلال العطلات الرسمية أو عطلات نهاية الأسبوع.

• قد تؤدي العناوين غير الصحيحة أو غير المكتملة إلى تأخير الطلب.

• بعض المنتجات قد تكون محدودة التوصيل حسب التوفر والمنطقة.

تأخير الطلبات

في حال تأخر الطلب بسبب الضغط أو مشاكل الشحن أو الأحوال الجوية أو التخليص الجمركي أو أي ظروف غير متوقعة، سيقوم فريق الدعم بالتواصل معكم وتزويدكم بموعد تسليم جديد.
